• Material — for every component
• Manufacturing method — per part
• Fasteners — full selection and assembly process
• Tolerancing — between components; agree with manufacturers how to achieve
• Post-processing — to achieve tolerances
• CAD: Currently Inventor → switching to SolidWorks
